Sarah G. Naji

Sarah G. Naji joined Brincefield, Hartnett & Kahn, P.C. in January 2007.  Her practice includes civil litigation, real estate law, commercial litigation, and contract law.  Much of her practice includes litigating issues founded in the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act (ILSA).  She has advised numerous clients of their rights under ILSA and other principles of real estate and contract law.  Sarah graduated cum laude from American University, Washington College of Law in 2006 and earned her B.A. degree at Emory University in 2001.  While in law school, Sarah worked for the Department of Justice and at a plaintiffs’ class action law firm in Washington, D.C.  Additionally, Sarah spent time before law school working at the American Civil Liberties Union for the National Capital Area. 

Sarah is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
