
Jason joined Brincefield, Hartnett & Kahn in January of 2005. Jason’s practice is devoted to representing individuals and small business in civil litigation, real estate law, commercial litigation, contract law, corporate law, and appellate practice. Jason has extensive experience advising clients on matters concerning real estate transactions, the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, the Virginia Condominium Act, and the Virginia Property Owners' Association Act. Prior to joining Brincefield, Hartnett & Kahn, Jason worked at a couple smaller commercial litigation firms in Washington, D.C., in addition to the international law firm Jones Day where he worked on a number of complex commercial litigation cases and major antitrust matters including the AOL / Time Warner merger.
A Chicagoan by birth, Jason grew up in sunny Florida. He earned his J.D. at The Catholic University of America (2002) and his B.S. degree at the University of Florida (1992).
A resident of Northern Virginia since 1994, Jason enjoys traveling, playing golf, and competing in triathlons. However, he can usually be counted on to be working in the office late into the evening, and whenever needed.
Jason is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
