Education: Georgetown University (A.B., cum laude, 1974); University of Virginia (M.Ed., English, 1976); Catholic University (J.D., 1983). Whittier College School of Law, Law Review, 1981. Associate Professor, Legal Transactions, Northern Virginia Community College. Member: Maryland, Virginia and District of Columbia Bars; Virginia Trial Lawyers Association; Maryland Trial Lawyers Association.
