Michael A. Coogen, Jr.

Michael A. Coogen, Jr. joined the firm in 2006. Mr. Coogen is a graduate of Villanova University (BA, 1991) and received his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan. His area of concentration is landlord and tenant law, creditors' rights, commercial litigation, real estate, and general civil matters.

Mr. Coogen has represented clients in Maryland and Virginia state courts and in the District of Columbia, primarily in general civil litigation and commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters. Mr. Coogen has also lectured and participated in seminars in the area of residential landlord and tenant law for property management companies in Maryland. He is a member of the Maryland, Virginia Bar, and the District of Columbia Bar. Mr. Coogen also is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, Virginia Trial Lawyer's Association, and the American Bar Association. He currently resides with his wife in Arlington, Virginia.
